I have just used Driver Max and up dated my drivers in Win XP Pro. Unfortunately the sound problems I had were not corrected and in fact I had no sound from the speakers. I then uninstalled the new drivers and my speaker sound came back.The sound from the speakers is perfect using Media Player BUT when watching You Tube videos or web pages with video the sound is very low. You can play movies in VLC and the sound is perfect too.

Thanks, the new driver solved an irritating issue with my scanner. It installed easily and the Driver Agent informed me of a few more out of date drivers that I\'ll replace. Much appreciated!JM

good download only would of appreciated being told that there are costs involved in beforehand.

New drivers The program worked well up to and including the downloading of 2 drivers which it said were needed. It told me to look in the My Drivers folder for Updates and to install from there. However, 'Updates' does not exist as a sub-folder in My Driver. The downloaded drivers have vanished and I am no better off.

Quite OK Well, drivers were very easy to install and they work fine... and that's about all we expect from drivers, don't we ? :-)

After trying 5 'other' similar products. I chose yours. I believe it was a mistake. Most of the 'other' products caught between 7 and 11 drivers that needed updating. Yours only found 2. I've also noted that English is not your native tongue. Not saying that is a "bad" thing, but I sure would like to converse with someone who speaks AND writes in 'my' native tongue.

Great program and easy to use

Opinion. I tried your free version. It was an emergency. I don't have that much experience with computers, had someone who does on the phone helping, and I needed drivers quickly. I reinstalled windows and there was no sound and the resolution was way off. I go to school online. I had to get it done quickly. Your product downloaded nicely, but there were no drivers in the package. I found what I needed, after several attempts at the right keywords at google,at intel's website.

Opinion It only makes a backup of drivers, you must buy full version to enable restore feature.

Reinstall / notebook. For complete reinstall of WXP I had to grab the third party drivers. That was the reason. Works excelent. Thanks.

Driver Magician The software was very easy to download and extract. I used it to make a list of drivers for two computers and hope that when needed the drivers will be there after rebuilding these computers.
